Refund policy
At Forever Fashions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows you to return or exchange any item within 30 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. If the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item was received, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at customerservice@fash4u.com.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at orders@fash4u.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack the item securely, and include the RMA number in the package.
3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received was defective, damaged or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility requirements outlined above, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please indicate your preference when you contact us to obtain the RMA number.
Forever Fashions reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
